How much does it cost?
Each project is unique and the following pricing structure applies: On acceptance of quotation, 50% deposit and balance due prior to project launch. Once your site is live, a maintenance plan is optional. Enquire about our rates.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes, using responsive design we ensure our sites work on all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets and mobiles.
Can I see my website while it's in progress?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We build your website on our development server, and provide you with a username and password so that you can log in and monitor the progress of your site. During this phase, we encourage your feedback if something isn’t quite the way you envisioned it or if you’ve changed your mind. Once your site is ready and you have provided your approval, we release it live on your server and submit your URL to the major search engines.
How long does it take to create a website?
The length of time it takes to create a fully functional website is based on several factors. Depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions you require. The development and deployment takes approximately 2 – 3 weeks, depending on the number of pages, and the functionality required. Of course, these are general guidelines, and we will make every effort to meet the timeframe you have in mind.
What do Websites cost?
If you talk to a web developer or agency who gives you an instant quote, walk away! Every project big or small is unique. Depending on the features you want for your project or website build, cost estimation ranges from a few thousand rands.
I’m on a strict budget. Do you have any low cost options?
A custom website can be a big investment and not all small businesses have the budget for you. We offer a budget package which will help get you online with a nice looking website fast.
Can you advise what platform is best for my project?
Each project is different. We offer free consultation before quoting. We listen to our client’s needs and recommend the platform dependant on their requirements. Platforms: Static HTML/CSS • Joomla • WordPress • Ecommerce
What does a website package include?
Domain & Hosting, Template, search engine listing, analytics, social media setup and integration, basic SEO keywords, xml sitemap and enquiry form. Advanced packages include add-ons to enhance the productivity of your website.
Do i have to be local to work with you?
Although our head office is located in Cape Town, South Africa, we work with clients all across the world.
Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?
Yes! We love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We’ll provide you with a set of comprehensive video tutorials to help you learn your way around, as well provide you with a training session to help get you on your way.
Will you maintain my site for me?
Yes! We offer different maintenance and support packages. There is no commitment if the website changes are minimal. For more in-depth tasks, we are available for immediate assistance.
What if I need help on my site down the road?
We are only an email away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need, and we won’t disappear once the site is launched. We’ve been doing this for 21+ years, so we aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
